Why does it say "Sold out"? Pattern 1


At the time of putting an item in your shopping cart, there may be enough inventory, however, if someone checks that item out before you so that the product runs out, you will receive a "sold out" message during checkout. You will then be instructed to delete the item from your cart and then continue checkout. We apologize for this inconvenience.


Why does it say "Sold out"? Pattern 2


Even if a product says "sold out" next to its thumbnail picture, it is possible to put it into your cart by going to its individual explanation page. However, you will surely receive a "sold out" message during checkout, in which case you will have to delete it from your cart.


Why did I receive an order confirmation e-mail even though I stopped during the checkout process?


Your order is only complete after you have received two confirmation e-mails, one showing the items that you bought, and the other showing payment confirmation from credit card or PayPal. If you did not complete the form for either credit card or PayPal information, than your order has not been processed.

What methods of payment do you accept?


For international orders we accept: Master, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards and PayPal.

Please note that in order to pay by PayPal, you must already have an account with them that has your bank account information registered to it.


How much is shipping?


As we use Global Priority/EMS mail service through the Post Office, we are able to ship to almost any country at the following rates:

Can I make a purchase in the currency of my country?


I'm afraid that’s not possible, but many of the pages in the shopping cart link to a currency converter. It is an easy tool to show you the approximate amount in your currency.


Duties and Taxes


There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Your local Customs office may have information on those charges.

What are POINTS ?


If you are a registered member, then you can earn 1 point for every 5,000 YEN you spend. You can then use 30 points, or increments of 30 points, as 5,000 YEN cash on your purchase. There is no entrance fee or annual fee. And your points do not expire.

You must be a registered member to earn points. Also, your points will be added to your account AFTER your items have shipped.

Where are my points?


The points will be effective after we ship the products so the number of points in your account will not increase until then.


Because my points did not decrease, I kept on buying!


Because your point total doesn't change until after the items have shipped, your points may become a minus number.


How do I take care of minus points?


In this case, we will recalculate your total and you will be charged for the additional amount.

What's "My account"?


On the "My account" page, you can register, change, or delete your membership info. Also you can have your ID and Password sent to your e-mail address if you have forgotten!

Why should I become a member?


Good question! When you register for membership, you will receive an ID and Password. Using these you can earn points every time you shop and it will be easy for you to checkout next time. For security purposes, we do not save your credit card information on the website. Of course there is no entrance fee or annual fee. Also, you can change your password but not your ID.

I forgot my password!


By going to the "My account" page and the "Forget Your Password or ID#?" section, just type in your last registered e-mail address and press the "submit" button. We will then send your ID and Password to your registered mail address.

After you send the information on the "contact us" form, you will receive an e-mail that confirms what you wrote on the form.
