How to Buy

Purchasing from our On-line Shopping Page

You can purchase products that are listed on the shopping page that are currently in stock. Please note, at the time of putting an item in your shopping cart, there may be enough inventory. However, if someone checks that item out before you and the inventory runs out, you will receive a "sold out" message during checkout.

Purchasing Items that are Out of Stock

If a product is listed on the shopping page as out of stock, there is a chance that we may have inventory left at some of our shops. To inquire about a specific product, please send the information below to:

1.Product no, product name, price, color, size information (if required) and quantity to be purchased

2. Your name

3. Billing and shipping address

4.Your phone #, fax # (if available) & e-mail address


If we can find the product for you, we will then send you a confirmation notice and ask you about payment information.

Confirmation E-mails

Your order is only complete after you have received TWO confirmation e-mails, one showing the items that you bought, and the other showing payment confirmation from credit card or PayPal. If you did not complete the form for either credit card or PayPal information, than your order has not been processed.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at the e-mail address below. Be sure to include the order # which was sent in the confirmation e-mail.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you do so as soon as possible. Please contact us with the order # at:

Payment and Shipping

Payment

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Master, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
* The person who orders should be the credit card holder.
We don't accept order when they are different to avoid any trouble.
Please use your own credit card, not your family card or something like that.

PayPal: Please note that in order to pay by PayPal, you have to already have an account with them that has your bank account information registered to it. The process of opening an account with them takes several days because they must verify your bank account information.

We use Global Priority/EMS mail service through the Post Office.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and Returns

You can exchange a product if it is in new and unworn condition, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Make sure to return the item within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. We also have a policy of no refunds or exchanges for discounted and special set products.

Please check your package to make sure everything is correct upon receiving it.

Please follow these steps when you send something back:

Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Returns

In the case of the exchange or refunding for defected goods or shipping/handling mistakes by Metamorphose, shipping costs are our responsibility.

In all other situations it becomes the responsibility of the customer. In the case of bargain sale items or set items, unless a product is defected or was sent by mistake, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
