Q. What is "standby basis"?

A. If we are able to secure your item due to surplus or cancellations,
we'll inform the customer who is on the wait list on a first come first serve basis.

* If the date of arrival of an item comes and goes and you don't hear from us, that means we were not able to secure yours.

The pre-order is accepted in the order received after the beginning time of reservation.
Every customer that orders the dress will get a reply from Metamorphose.
(If the item you asked is sold out, we'll send an e-mail to tell you.)
If you do not get any response in 7 business days, there might be some trouble with the e-mail,
so please ask us.

You will get an e-mail when all your reserved items are ready.
You need to order in a week from the arrival notice.
If one week passes without purchase and any words, your reservation will be canceled.
If you fall behind in the payment, please let me know in advance.

But, please remember,
* You cannot cancel the reservation for any reason once accepted.
* We do not accept any reservation (and order) from you for the future if you break the rules.
