The 2nd confirmation e-mail should be sent from your credit card company or PayPal. If you didn’t get any e-mail from them, your order might not be completed yet. If your payment is not confirmed in a day, your order will be canceled. If you were not able to complete payment on our Payment Page, please contact english-order@metamorphose.gr.jp and request that we do not cancel your order.

I want to pre-order an item. Where should I send the order? What do you need for pre-ordering?
Do I need to pay before the item comes?

All items in our Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Collection pages are items which we are accepting
pre-orders for. You do not need to pay ahead of time. You need to purchase in a week from arrival of an e-mail which we will send you when we get the items that you ordered. If you have any plan to be away around the arrival date, please contact us before you leave. You cannot cancel for any reason after you send your pre-order request, so please think hard and make your mind up before sending your e-mail. Please send an item number, name, color, size, quantity and price of the items you want, and your full name, address, country, zip code, phone number, and e-mail address. Please use this form for sending us the information to english-inquire@metamorphose.gr.jpe-mail title should be ‘’pre-ordering request (your name)’’.
If you forget to write any of the information, your pre-order request won’t be accepted. Please be careful!!

The pre-order is accepted in the order received after the beginning time
of reservation.
Every customer that orders the dress will get a reply from Metamorphose.
(If the item you asked is sold out, we'll send an e-mail to tell you.)
If you do not get any response in 7 business days,
there might be some
trouble with the e-mail,
so please ask us.
You will get an e-mail when all your reserved items are ready.
You need to order in a week from the arrival notice.
If one week passes without purchase and any words, your reservation
will be canceled.
If you fall behind in the payment, please let me know in advance.
But, please remember,
* You cannot cancel the reservation for any reason
once accepted.
* We will not accept any reservation (and order) from you for the future
if you break the rules.

Please be careful. The measurements on the Explanation Pages are not the sizes for the people who should purchase the clothes. These are just the measurements of the clothes themselves. This page shows how we are measuring the item. Please look at this and decide if the clothes will fit you well.
