Most of lolita fashioned skirts are fluffy (puffy).
And a lot of Japanese Lolita-chan who do not wear drawers are screwing up what their skirts should look like!
Another good reason to wear drawers is
they keep your butt warm in winter.
As wearing just a skirt in winter is a little bit too cold.
